**Part Time Administrator**

**Location: Chessington Surrey**

**Part time Hours: 8.30-17.00 - 3 days per week or 10:00-14:00 - Monday to Friday**

**Duties**:

- Covering reception as and when needed
- Organise paperwork in date and/or name order.
- Create folders, Scanning, and filing, laminating
- Archive and close old documents and reports, paper and on SynergyTrak (Online System).
- Assign photos of medical equipment to their files on SynergyTrak.
- Check and package medical equipment to send back to the relevant hospitals.
- Create new accounts and reset passwords for existing accounts experiencing trouble, for staff and customers on SynergyTrak.
- Organize catering for week long work events.
