Our client is a fast-paced, innovative, co-owned organisation who is building a brand new people function to support it's growth. As a result we are looking to appoint an HR Administrator / HR Graduate who could support key projects across multi-sites andcentral functions with all people-related queries and administration.

Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for:

- providing exceptional customer service to your colleagues.
- act as the first point of contact for employees and external partners for all people-related queries.
- handle employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, and starter packs.
- understanding employment law and ensuring compliance, especially related to Right to Work.

**About You**:

- You love providing excellent customer service and making a difference to others.
- Detail and accuracy are important to you and you have experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You are an excellent team player, a fast learner, and comfortable with reading up on laws and policies.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and selection, including all administrative processes, employment checks, and setting up new employees on HR and training systems.
- People systems and reporting, including being the primary contact for HR system and learning management system queries, providing reports, and ensuring data accuracy and protection.
- Advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees, including assisting with formal letters.
- Leaver administration, including acknowledgement of resignations, exit interviews, and equipment returns.
- General administration tasks, such as sorting post, telephone answering, and maintaining employee files.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and accuracy.
- Good understanding of employment law and compliance.
- Excellent team player and fast learner.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
