We are excited to advertise this full-time split post across the Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT) Eating Disorders Project (EDP) and the newly established ELFT Community Eating Disorders service. We are looking for a new 8a Eating Disorders Lead with experience of working with people with mild to moderate eating disorders.

THTT EDP- 3 days/22.5 hours

Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies is a highly respected IAPT service with excellent development opportunities. The post holder will be part of a very dynamic team and will work alongside therapists trained in a range of therapies including systemic and couple therapies, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, DIT, psychodynamic and integrative therapies and a well
- established PWP team.

The post holder will hold a full-time post-split across the Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT) Eating Disorders Project (EDP) and the newly established ELFT Community Eating Disorders service. The post holder will be the Eating Disorders Lead within THTT and will have experience of working with people with mild to moderate eating disorders. The post holder will also work alongside another 8a lead who oversees the FREED pathway as part of the ELFT Community Eating Disorders service.

THTT EDP- 3 days/22.5 hours
The EDP delivers psychological interventions for mild to moderate eating disorders in primary care as part of an IAPT service. The post holder will lead on overseeing the Eating Disorders Project (EDP) by managing the EDP waiting list; providing ED supervision and line management to staff.

The post holder will work as part of the THTT 8a management team and will also provide MOTD and duty cover.

Community ED Team
- 2 days/15 hours

The ELFT Community Eating Disorders service was recently set up to support residents whose eating disorder is likely to have a moderate impact on their physical health. The post holder will join a fellow 8a lead who oversees the FREED pathway and will provide supervision to a number of Clinical Associates in Psychology.

This is a permanent full-time post, with the expectation that all clinical staff work one late evening per week (11am-7pm).
