The primary purpose of the Position is to assist the Operations Manager with daily office operations and administrative tasks. This position will also provide support to the Sales Team and be responsible for maintaining all company files and records. **Essential Duties**:

- Greet customers and answer questions about our products, services, and pricing.
- Maintain customer files, including data entry, filing, scanning, and faxing of documents.
- Maintain inventory of supplies by ordering and receiving supplies as needed; making returns when necessary.
- Maintain office equipment by performing routine maintenance on the equipment; troubleshooting problems as needed; performing minor repairs as needed; following established procedures for keeping office cleanliness.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies by matching incoming inventory with outbound shipments; following established procedures for keeping inventory of supplies in stock in the warehouse.
- Assist Operations Manager with answering phones and providing support to the Sales Team.
- Assist sales team with preparation of orders, invoices, invoice reconciliations, and customer quotes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or management.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance while maintaining flexibility in changing priorities or demands of the company.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
