**Exciting Opportunity: Room Leaders Wanted for our Brand-New Nursery**

Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to be part of an exciting journey in our brand-new nursery? With 20 years experience of running outstanding settings Sunny Skies Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Room Leaders to join our dynamic team.

**Positions available: Room leader for Birth-two years - Room leader for two-three years - Room leader for pre-school.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Room Leadership**:

- Take charge of a designated room, overseeing daily activities and ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children.
- Lead by example, inspiring and training your team to deliver high-quality care and education.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Implement creative and developmentally appropriate curriculum activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences and play-based activities.
- **Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and individuality.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with parents and carers, working together to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children can be achieved.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with fellow educators and practitioners to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our nursery programs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a childcare setting, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Dedication to continuing your own professional development.
- First aid, Safeguarding and food Hygiene certification (or willingness to complete during post)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
