**Salary: Grade 8, £31,372 - £34,949**
**Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week**

- The main focus of the post holder’s duties will be under the leadership and direction of the Locality Family Hub Manager, to lead a team of Early Years Development Workers to support the delivery of a broad and balanced early years’ curriculum, within a caring, safe and welcoming environment that enables each child to achieve their full potential. You will evaluate and review the impact of the services delivered in the Family Hub; and to ensure partners are effectively engaged in delivery, reporting on outcomes in this model. This work will take place within the Family Hubs and community settings across an allocated area in South Doncaster.
