**Investor Relations Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Investor Relations Director in all aspects of fundraising processes and investor relationship maintenance
- Be an integral part of the firm’s ESG Committee
- Be responsible for liaising with the Portfolio Team and management teams to progress our ESG agenda, set targets and collect information to be used to demonstrate our progress on our ESG goals at the portfolio company level
- Prepare investor communications and marketing material for existing and new investors including investor reporting
- Keep all existing materials up to date and relevant
- Track and record all investor related interactions and follow ups

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
- A self-confident and motivated individual who can work across all levels of the firm
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
- CRM experience an advantage
- Previous exposure to private equity or other alternative investments is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Additionally, a keen interest in ESG is important
