We have a fantastic opportunity for you to advance an established ESG agenda and assist with broader fundraising and investor-related matters within a dynamic private equity environment.
This position will allow you to drive the ESG agenda, deliver results, and develop data-driven reporting capabilities for investors.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Investment Committee in managing the ESG agenda, liaising with portfolio company management to set targets and collect information, producing digestible reporting for investors, responding to investor questionnaires on ESG, and ensuring compliance with market standards and regulatory requirements. You will also support the investment team to integrate ESG considerations into their processes and complete annual UNPRI and SFDR reporting.
This includes preparing investor communications and marketing materials, updating existing materials, tracking investor interactions, responding to ad-hoc queries, and assisting with AGM documentation preparation.
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience (recent graduates with a relevant degree will also be considered), an excellent academic record, impeccable attention to detail, and strong organisational and time-management skills. You should be a confident team player, a self-starter, flexible and adaptable, with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, and CRM experience and exposure to private equity or alternative investments are advantageous.
