We are looking for a Yard Person to join our plant team based at Wakefield, West Yorkshire. MTS Plant is part of the MTS Group, a privately owned family business established in 1986.

The key duties include but are not limited to:
Steam cleaning of plant equipment

Assisting plant engineers in pre hire inspection / off hire checks

Keeping the yard area clean and safe

General housekeeping of the workshop area

Greeting customers and directing to correct departments

Ensuring all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment policies are observed at all times.

This role requires a hardworking, organised individual with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is willing to work as a team but can work efficiently on their own. Due to the nature of this role, you will mainly be based outside.

Plant experience preferred but not essential.

Drivers licence would be preferable but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm

**Job Type**: Temporary 6 Months

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
