**Employee Benefits Consultant**
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant on a 6 months initial contract to join their team.
**Essential skills**:
- Previous experience of working in a general payroll environment with knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Ability to analyse and report on complex data
- Strong customer focus, with experience of working in a Customer centric environment.
- Focus on process, detail and quality
- Strong PC Skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential).
- Strong time management and organisational skills including ability to prioritise and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Higher Grade
- A-Level / Advanced Higher (or equivalent)
**The Role**:
Responsible for client implementations and/ or annual renewal projects for flexible benefits, pensions and Total Reward Statements, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, data load and issue resolution. Providing first line supportto clients, partners and our client servicing team through the support help line and inbox.
