- REG566322The University of Nottingham is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Risk Management department within the Governance and Assurance Division. We are seeking to recruit a Business Partner to work collaboratively with faculties and departments to embed consistent practice in the approach to identifying, reporting, and mitigating risk.

You will play a pivotal role in leading a risk management community of practice across the University, developing skills and knowledge which enable colleagues to fully integrate risk management within core business planning and operational decision-making. Highly skilled in building effective, lasting relationships with senior stakeholder groups, you will need to be self-starter and have a strong background in risk management and reporting.

Your approach to work will be influential and engaging and you will work flexibly and effectively both individually and with the wider Division. You will be a natural innovator and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changeable environment, maintaining high standards, accuracy and professionalism under pressure. Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders is critical.

Due to the nature of the post, prior experience of strategy development and business planning is essential.

The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Work is carried out through a combination of on-campus and remote working, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent on campus.
