**ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP**

The purpose of this role is to support the JD Foundation team through communicating with internal and external stakeholders ,and charity partners.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As a Business Administrator you'll be doing the following**:

- Provide Administrative support to the JD Foundation
- Managing of shared inboxes and answering queries
- Daily use of Microsoft 365
- Analyse data in a presentable manner
- Monthly report building from early careers figures
- Support with attending events throughout the year
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**As a Business Administrator you'll need**:

- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritisation skill and time management
- Maintain a strong relationship with key groups/ stakeholders
- Motivational and communication skill
- Act as reliable and supportive team members
