**About the role**

This exciting new role will be accountable for data processing and report generation, and serves as primary contact for our sales, logistics and manufacturing departments. In addition, you will be expected to support the Management team in preparing medium to long term budget plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain system forecasts for finished goods requirements to satisfy customer needs and support the business targets.
- Minimise escalations to the management team by proactively managing the orderbook and enquiries, ensuring initial responses within 24hrs
- Optimise the level of stock holding to minimise costs and achieve department KPI’s.
- Formulation of a periodic (weekly and monthly) update report of sales and open registration activity, establishing a “short term” window on TriMark’s current budget and capacity status.
- Scrutinise system data (past, present, and future) to ensure accuracy, liaising with the Management team and/or customer to verify.
- Align and maintain forecasts with TriMark USA and TriMark China to anticipate intercompany demand and purchase plans. The forecast information consists of predicted product sales, quantities, delivery dates and product groups.
- Develop and manage a system to determine, track and dispose of obsolete inventory.
- Reviews data from MRP system and coordinates availability of raw material, supplier, equipment, and staff as needed to meet required customer delivery dates.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by TriMark Management.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Strong manufacturing/engineering knowledge. Desirable - Supply chain experience
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar role
- Competent user of ERP systems and strong data management skills
- Advanced IT skills, especially creating and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience in effective project management
- Time management - work to deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
