**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food safety standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Manage shifts with a close-knit team of staff
- Working both FOH and BOH roles
- Provide training to new staff members
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Uphold excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Excellent organisational skills to manage shifts efficiently
- Passionate about vegan food and drink
- Speciality coffee knowledge
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
