We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Tortilla in Bath. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest who visits our restaurant has a positive experience. You will be responsible for leading and training your team, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train your team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
