**Overview**

A fabulous opportunity to write compelling marketing campaigns, deliver world class customer journeys and create delightful customer experiences.

**The role**
- Initiate and deliver creative solutions to problems, writing content that’s engaging, compelling and accessible across multiple business units and channels.
- From long-form digital brochures to succinct and powerful headlines, you’ll use your excellent written communication skills to deliver creative that both meets customer needs and commercial objectives.
- Use evidence, data and research to continually optimise communications and customer journeys.
- Develop and own a brand style that extends across everything Bupa does.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, sharing ideas, working collaboratively and using constructive criticism to get to the most effective solution.
- Work in an agile way, iterating to achieve excellence.

**You**
- An experienced, talented and adaptable writer.
- Comfortable initiating and writing to wireframes and layouts. Exemplary grammar and proof-reading skills are a given for you.
- It's second nature for you to think creatively and strategically about products and promotions. Using insight, you develop innovative and well-thought through concepts that bring propositions to life.
- Confident in developing sound working relationships with stakeholders, you work to understand their needs. You feel comfortable asking them questions and involving them in your process.
- You design copy and content to meet customer needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand. You can present the right information in the right format for customers' needs. You write in plain language and understand accessibility requirements.
- You are an energetic, enthusiastic, collaborative team player, focused on delivery of joined up solutions and consistent customer experiences.
