**The job in a nutshell**

The Marketing Executive leads on our retail campaigns, Basingstoke Shop and events marketing, as well as supporting the successful delivery of trade driving campaigns for our key regions, products and producers - always with our customer and business objectives in mind. You will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager in coordinating with other areas of the business to make sure that our efforts in these areas are cohesive and consider our target customers from start to finish.

Internal: Content team, design team, Basingstoke Shop team, Events & Experiences team, Digital team

External: Print & mailing houses, events venues, brands & wineries

**What you will do**
- Marketing lead for all retail campaigns (excl. Christmas), and a selection of in bond campaigns:

- Developing multi-channel marketing plans
- Briefing the marketing teams
- Pulling together data for reporting and reviews
- Proof reading brochures and collateral
- Support the Campaign Marketing manager on wider campaigns (eg. Christmas, product launches, partnerships)
- Formulate and execute marketing plans for our No.3 magazine and Podcast
- Responsible for keeping the annual calendars up to date for key stakeholders
- Responsibility for implementing the annual marketing plan and day-to-day marketing for the Basingstoke Shop and Events & Experiences teams. Working closely with the shop and event teams to ensure they have consistent visibility through marketing channels, and the annual plan is executed.
- Assisting with coordination and set up of campaign events
- Monitoring competitor activity and report back key findings to the wider team so that they can be incorporated into our future plans
- Coordinating with various third parties and suppliers including printers, mailing houses, advertisers and external business partners
- Ad-hoc admin, such as keying sample orders, raising POs, monitoring group inboxes

**Experience / Achievements**
- Experience in Marketing desired, especially brief writing, campaign planning, audience segmentation and reporting
- A keen interest in wine and spirits

- Awareness of premium brands and how they behave to appeal to discerning audiences
- Keenness to progress learning and experience across the ever-changing marketing mix
- Commercial acumen

**Qualifications**
- Degree level qualification in business or marketing, or relevant industry experience
- WSET qualifications would be a bonus, but not essential

**Salary**: £20,768.80-£26,000.00 per year
