This is a fantastic opportunity for to join the Corio’s rapidly growing offshore wind business and support the transition to a low carbon, sustainable global economy.

Corio was developed under the Green Investment Group and remains a subsidiary of Macquarie Group (Australia’s largest investment bank) so we have strong financial support to drive the business forward.

**Information Management Responsibilities**:
Help develop and maintain an overall **information management plan **for Corio. This will identify types of information in scope, requirements, storage locations, access and security considerations, retention etc.

Manage our SharePoint environment. This includes:

- Managing overall structure and organisation of sites.
- Managing access
- Working with individual teams to implement features like metadata and workflows.

Manage our Virtual Data Room solution. This is a collection of secure sites for sharing documents with external parties.

Manage large data sets coming in and out of our Site Information Management Platform (involves use of a SFTP server and Azure Files).

Maintain a data register which help us to classify and track key information across the business.

**Collaboration Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain our intranet site in SharePoint.

Managing overall structure, usage and maintenance of Microsoft Team sites across our business.

Help us to get the most out of existing collaboration tools in our Microsoft environment (e.g. Teams, Yammer, Planner, Project, Lists, Loop etc.).

Provide end user coaching where relevant.

**Expertise and experience**:
Comprehensive experience and advanced skills in SharePoint (mandatory).

Experience with administering Microsoft Teams (preferred).

Experience with managing an SFTP service and Azure files (preferred).

Experience with Microsoft Purview (preferred).
- We will provide coaching on other tools - these are fairly straight forward to administer._
