DESCRIPTION

Are you an Account Handler with good commercial broking experience, seeking a new opportunity in Liverpool? If so, we have a brilliant, new and rare opportunity available with a highly reputable, leading City Centre based brokerage.
THE ROLE:
As Commercial Account Handler, you will be required to deliver outstanding technical advice and broking support to an existing book of commercial clients. Therefore, good technical competency across a range of commercial products is a must, along with excellent communication and client servicing skills.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing technical support to clients with prompt and accurate responses to queries.
- Dealing with new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
- Ensuring all client documentation is accurate and issued within deadlines.
- Being very client focused and ensuring an outstanding service is delivered at all times.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven experience in the commercial insurance broking arena, with a good level of knowledge and competence across a range of products.
- A strong commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- The ability to listen well and fact find with clients where necessary.
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills.
