**Teaching & Learning support assistant**

Role location: Oldham

Starting date: ASAP

Salary
- £1350-£1600 PM.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.

At our special educational need's schools, you will need to be passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to change gears at any moment. Teaching Assistants need to be comfortable within their role and understand it is everchanging,you will "wear one of many hats" while in work: that of the teaching assistant, the entertainer, the counsellor, the good cop and, at times, the less good cop (putting in boundaries and sometimes saying the words "No, because ") All these roles will be helpingour pupils to learn in the class and understand the acceptable rules of life. As a Teaching Assistant you will work collaboratively with the class teacher to support outstanding lessons and support students' emotional health and wellbeing.
