**Purpose of Role**:
Working alongside the Senior Management team, the Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for identifying areas and support deployment of Continuous Improvement. The person will be the primary champion of driving the scorecard by deploying CI fluent in tools such as Six Sigma, Lean and 5s.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Deployment and management of the Continuous Improvement Plan. Key focal point for CIP ideas, with activity that drives ideas from our frontline teams and then supports full deployment.
- Drives efficiency through improving the appreciation of our Leaders of how to measure throughput and then what they must do to improve it
- Act as a trouble-shooter where appropriate in high impact loss areas, spending appropriate amount of focus and time in deep diving and then fully supporting any resultant activity by full ownership of the end to end solution.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Previous experience in a CI capacity within a organised and regulated environment.
- In depth knowledge of LEAN and process improvement tools and techniques e.g. Six Sigma and /or OMS Accredited.
- Demonstrable high impact analysis skills, fluent in analysis tools such as excel.
- Previous experience in management is essential.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
