**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the front line of our customer support team, ensuring that our customers receive the best service and assistance. You will play a crucial role in doing sales, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer support strategies.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
