**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues for hospitality businesses.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our software and hardware solutions to effectively guide customers in their use.
- Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends.
- **Training and Onboarding**:

- Assist in onboarding new customers, providing training, and ensuring they are well-versed in using our solutions.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for customers.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform administrative tasks such as setting up user accounts, configuring software, and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Help customers with data backup and recovery, as well as system upgrades.
- **Issue Documentation**:

- Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior support agents and development teams to address complex problems.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and new features.
- Communicate feedback to the product development team for continuous enhancement.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
