**(General Maintenance Worker) - Position Overview**
- Carry out PAT testing (training can be supplied if required)
- Some types of building works/repairs
- Some business activities such as housekeeping and improvements.
- Maintenance and repair of tooling/machines assistance
- Window repairs (woodwork)
- Weekly sprinkler/fire alarm test
- Monthly meter readings
- Painting and Decorating

**(General Maintenance Worker) - Position Requirements**
- Plumbing activities to a level would be good.
- Grounds maintenance experience internal & external
- Experience in Painting & decorating
- Previous experience testing sprinklers and fire alarms

**(General Maintenance Worker) - Position Remuneration**
- Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
- 25 days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
- £13.50 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
