Caretaker required for our client based in the Heywood area on a full-time working position. This position is a 15 minute walk from the Birch Hotel and is accessible via public transport links.
Your role as a Caretaker will include duties such as:
- Cleaning
- Waste disposal
- General maintenance and planned maintenance
- Security
- Carry out opening / closing of the building
Working hour as a Caretaker are, Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm.
Pay rate is dependent on experience.
