**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our showroom and products.
- Create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and designers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in showroom events, trade shows, and community activities.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the home improvement or design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms).

**How to Apply**:

Pay: £25,679.00-£39,084.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
