Location

About The Role
We are recruiting across the business, and as an Executive Assistant you will be joining the business at an exciting time. Indicatura® is a vibrant and growing consultancy that delivers improved value to clients from planned investments in new and existing physical assets. Key Responsibilities

**1. Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executives.
- Develop and manage executive action and risk registers.

**2. Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.

**3. Meeting Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared in advance, including research in advance as required.
- Attend meetings, take notes & minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.

**4. Project and Client Support**:

- Assist in the coordination and tracking of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Market, Competitive and Technical Research.
- Produce reports for executive team

**5. Travel Management**:

- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including rail and air travel, accommodation, and other related activities.
- Manage travel expenses and reconcile reimbursement requests.

**6. Event Planning**:

- Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

**7. Special Projects**:

- Support executives on special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

You will have a keen interest in several of these areas;
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
