You will have constant opportunities to fully own projects from marketing campaigns to new product introductions, providing you with opportunities to develop and master new skills.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:
The delivery of continued profitable growth - establishing a growth for Monitor, Tier 2 Reseller Partners and vertical specific end user clients. Exceed expectations in delivering Budget/Management Plan sales targets and product Market Share. Lead SEUK to the clear No1 position in Samsung Europe by revenue value with a 3-year plan to drive sales beyond $70m.- Provide Strategic Leadership for Monitor category in B2B, responsible for sales planning and execution alongside Product Management market growth deliverables.- Set customer level targets focussing on revenue, product/category mix and profitability.- Maintain and grow relationships within the Retail customer base- Working closely with the Head of Department, play a hands-on role in setting and maintaining overall Display Business Strategy.- Support senior management to achieve the overall sales team goals and targets.- Internally Agree/sign off customer quarterly financial deals / structure and present to account- Own weekly Sales & Marketing Meetings for Category for better integration and execution of Sales/Product/Channel Marketing activities.- Provide quality market and competitor information with a very clear ‘pulse’ for customer insights.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience required:
- Consistent track record of leading a strong retail business unit with an ability to grow all channels through a strategic plan, without cannibalisation- Experience of growing market share, range and distribution, whilst increasing revenues and share of wallet within key Distributors- Experienced Sales / Business Manager with achievement history within a B2B sales environment- Good solid understanding of key partners within the B2B or related industry

Essential soft skills:
- Good attention to detail and process driven- Internal and external partner management & influence- Planning & strategy development - including implementation of key customer Joint Business Plans- Analytical- A creative, problem solving attitude to resolving issues and meeting targets- Ability to present internally and externally at all levels

Skills and Qualifications

What does success look like?

Success will be judged across the business by increase in market share and improvements across our Share of Business in Distributors and Key Reseller Channels. An ability to analyse and assess market data and plan or react accordingly will be essential in order to succeed in such an established channel.

Proactive management of the business and assessment of success metrics will be core to the daily/weekly and monthly activities all aligned with and too the wider Divisional strategy.
