**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the digital sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities, using digital channels such as social media, online directories, and industry-specific platforms.
- Support the sales team in researching potential customers, gathering market insights, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare engaging sales presentations, product demos, and sales collaterals.
- Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in sales meetings, observe sales calls, and shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales proposals, quotes, and contract documentation.
- Support the coordination of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market gaps.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital sales through self-learning and research.
