Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This is a part-time position with opportunities for career growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Adhere to GDPR regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred but nor essential as in house training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.52 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 25 per week
