**About you**
We are looking for a part-time (afternoons preferred) administrator who is motivated with a positive attitude looking to settle and help move the company forward

**Preferred Requirements**
- Have a friendly and confident manner
- Previous sales and office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Xero experience beneficial
- Can prioritise, organise and work in a timely manner
- Liaise with other staff members effectively
- Eye to detail
- Trustworthy
- A good team Player
- Pro-active
- GCSE Maths and English C or above
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Crossover with the senior sales administrator
- Booking in, typing new enquiries, and sending them to our suppliers
- Quoting customers and obtaining feedback
- Order processing, creating purchase orders and invoices on Xero
- Liaising with despatch regarding orders and deliveries
- Keeping customers updated regarding their orders
- Updating the database with key information
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Other office duties as and when required
