**Claims Technician**
**Swansea - Up to £27,000 (DOE)**
A brand new role has arisen with a leading insurance practice in Swansea to manage a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims.
**Key accountabilities
**You will support the team in the efficient operational running of the portfolio and act as the frontline contact offering support & guidance to customers during the claims process. You will ensure enquiries are processed in a timely manner and arehandled with the highest level of care. Whilst working within the firms Claims Operations team you will be continually building your technical knowledge of insurance claims and the laws & regulations.
Applications are encouraged from those who have an interest in law, customer service or insurance. Full training will be provided.
This role would suit someone who can demonstrate**:
- Previous experience in an customer focussed role
- A high level of personal compliance with firm protocols and procedures
- Sophisticated people and communication skills
**Qualifications required**
- LLB / legal or insurance background
- Minimum 6 months experience of working in a claims handling or customer service role
