**Trainee Machine Adjuster**

We are currently looking to recruit a number of **Trainee Machine Adjusters** to work within our busy converting machine plant.

In return training will be provided, although mechanical knowledge and experience in this area would be beneficial, regular overtime and company benefits including pension, life insurance and private health care are also included.

**Role responsibilities of Trainee Machine Adjusters**:

- To learn how to run bespoke envelopes machines to capacity.
- To learn to achieve the required machine speeds whilst maintaining quality of product.
- To learn how to adjust and set the machines to reflect changes in envelope specifications.
- Learning to maintain all equipment to the required standard and reporting to the supervisor/manager any equipment requiring attention.
- To learn to maintain the machine and associated areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety Standards.

**Hours of work**:Initial training will be dayshift Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm (40 hours per week). Once fully trained shift work will be required covering the six days we operate. This is managed by a three 12 hour shift, rotating days and nights.
