Bartender

Job Overview:
The Wright Pub Group is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Old Silent Inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
