The role of Pricing Manager is very important to the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies in alignment with the market and plans working closely with Commercial and Finance teams.

**Description**
- Managing a small team of analysts
- Forecasting performance of current and future periods to the closest accuracy
- Understand the performance versus expectation and explain variances
- Lead regular calls to discuss strategy with senior stakeholders, comparing performance to prior forecasts
- Maintaining and evolving pricing process, in line with policies
- Implement ideas to improve performance of the portfolio

**Profile**
- Aptitude for figures
- High attention to detail and confident in creating and maintaining checks
- Ability to manage the team members workload and prioritise tasks from stakeholders
- Take ownership over the completion of all pricing
