**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of tradesmen and laborers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Utilise your expertise as a joiner to oversee and participate in the installation of drywall/plasterboard, fitting kitchens, installing doors and door frames, as well as skirting and architrave.
- Hold responsibility for maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring that all work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.
- Manage site operations efficiently, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures on site, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Act as a point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or queries in a professional manner.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering their development and promoting a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified joiner with extensive experience in the construction industry.
- Hold SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Possess valid PASMA, forklift/telehandler license, and LOLER certification.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role on construction sites.
- First Aid certification and asbestos awareness training.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
