Payroll Administrator:
We are currently seeking an experienced payroll administrator for our small but busy office based in Wolverhampton. The purpose of the role will be to ensure that accurate and timely payments are made to all staff, along with other typical payroll and administrative duties.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Processing fortnightly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and maintain emplyee payroll records
- Calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets
- Deal with HMRC and PAYE queries
- Work closely with the Accounts Manager on finance tasks
- Recognise opportunities and make improvements to payroll processes
- Performing other general administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical and attentive, with the ability to solve problems
- Flexible outlook and approach to workload
- Experience of prioritising work to meet tight and overlapping deadlines
- Experience of using Sage 50 Accounts is desirable, but not essential

Hourly Rate of £12-£14 depending on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
