Hybrid SEO Marketing Executive

My client is a leading online retailer and has been trading exclusively online since for over 10 years. They specialise in the onsite manufacturing and pride themselves on providing their customers with a wide range of quality products.

As a SEO Executive you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and work alongside the Marketing Executive to devise and implement our company's SEO strategy across multiple retail ecommerce websites and a B2B trade website.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement content and keyword strategies and campaigns to achieve measurable improvements in organic rankings.
- Create a holistic approach to improve our website's form and function, optimising for a seamless user experience and maximizing conversions.
- Enhance the internal linking strategy within the websites, ensuring it positively impacts user experience and ecommerce conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to devise and implement effective link-building strategies and tactics, strictly adhering to Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
- Prioritise optimising for human audiences for sustained visibility on search engines.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adapting strategies based on results.
- Design SEO strategies to support the company's objectives for brand search growth and SERPs page one combined market share for the portfolio of brands.
- Define appropriate KPIs and maintain metrics for the organic channel across all company websites (desktop and mobile), including competitor analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Efficiently manage projects from concept to completion, providing progress updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and search developments, and present business cases for securing budgets and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced B2C ecommerce environment or a digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrable SEO expertise with a track record of achieving improved rankings and click-through rates through self-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with CRM systems, WordPress, Adobe, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, MOZ, Hot Jar, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
- Understanding of paid search and its integration with SEO strategies.
- Experience in consumer database marketing on a large scale would be advantageous, as well as working with external digital marketing agencies, particularly in SEO.
