Due to continued growth within the business, we are expanding our **National Command Centre** and are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to join our team as a** Part Time** **Service Desk Operative**, supporting this essential function to the business.

This is a busy role where no two days are the same If you have previous monitoring/scheduling or control room experience, great. If not, if you have experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment, think logically and are able to gather and relay information accurately then this could be the role for you

**Where: Our Head Office based in Newton-le-Willows (WA12 area)**

**Hours: On average 25 hours per week. 5 hours per day. Monday - Friday. 16.00 pm - 21.00 pm.**

**Salary**:£11.50 per hour**

**What will you be doing?**
- Monitoring the attendance and safety of the Kingdom workforce
- Assist in the monitoring of alarm systems and provide an appropriate response to unplanned events
- Contacting employees who haven’t booked on for their assigned shift
- Scheduling new employees and forward scheduling/reacting to short notice cover requirements
- Assist in maintaining safe working environments for all Kingdom employees
- Any other monitoring tasks required by the business

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment (Call centre / control centre)
- Excellent IT skills and competent using different types of operational systems
- A thorough and methodical approach to your work, maintaining attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise workloads and manage your time effectively and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients
