Great opportunity within Customer Service/Administration.
We are currently working with a manufacturing business based in the outskirts of York towards Wheldrake/Pocklington. Due to the location a driving licence and car would be highly recommended however there may be the opportunity to lift share.
This company is a specialist manufacturer, they have experienced steady growth over the last few years and are now in the position to employ an additional customer service advisor/sales administrator to join their small department of 4 people.
Within your role you will be responsible for updating the CRM system with details relating to orders. You will liaise with customers and speak to them about the products, delivery dates and handle any questions or queries that they have along the journey fromplacing an order to receiving it.
