A highly successful Main Contractor with a portfolio of luxury renovations for hotel spaces and buildings are looking for an experienced Project Planner to join their Surrey based team.

**The Project Planner's role**

The Project Planner will be expected to assist the Estimating team by preparing tender programmes and method statements. They will also need to showcase their skills in preparing planning information on new projects, updating project programmes, and highlightingpriority changes and threats to meet set targets.

The Project Planner will report to the Contracts Manager and will be required to provide regular commentary on projects progression to the Project Management team and Senior Management Team.

The Project Planner will be expected to effectively plan and programme high-end interior renovations, whilst recording and reporting works throughout a project's lifecycle.

**The Project Planner**
- 3 years' experience in Project Planning
- Level 3 qualification in a Construction Field
- Programme experience with Interior Renovations preferrable
- Strong understanding of general construction processes
- Strong people management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High organization and communication skills
- Experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Contract or MS Project preferrable
- Experience with MS excel essential
