**Lead Generator**

**Location: Poole**

**Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 + Bonus**

**The Company**:
We are working with an established and ambitious insurance organisation in Poole who are looking for motivated and ambitious salespeople to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to carve a career within the Insurance Industry with a national Insurance broker, for the right person they are offering career progression and the opportunity to do your insurance qualifications.

**The Role**:
You will contact local businesses and speak with decision makers; you will fact find and understand their insurance covers. The aim of the role is to capture their insurance renewal date information or book in an appointment for an insurance broker to callthem back to quote on insurance cover.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a growing business in a role with clear progression opportunities and the chance to learn an interesting industry - Insurance.

**The Required Skills**:
No previous experience is needed but you must have good communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manor

Strong organisation skills and the interest in developing your skillset and career

To proactively manage data base of leads and telephone customers, recording information and booking appointments for Business Insurance advisors by marketing Insync’s service. This role requires someone that has great attention to detail and excellent listeningskills. No call will be the same, so you will need to use your own initiative in how you interpret the information that you will report on. Meet agreed pre-defined KPI’s for conversion of leads to appointments, customer satisfaction, complaints and compliance.
