**Role: Demand Planner - Wolverhampton**

**Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus**

ARCA is exclusively partnered with an established, marketing leading company that has achieved double digit growth and expanded further globally in recent years that is looking to further expand its team by hiring a Demand Planner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business. Working cross functionally, the Demand Planner will coordinate the sales, inventory and operations plans. The Demand Planner will be the bridge between sales and operations, turning customer requirements into an operational plan. You will coordinate the factory schedule and provide actionable information to keep the sales team informed of delivery schedules.

The role would suit someone already working within demand planning or someone who is currently working within Supply Chain who would like to move into a Demand Planner role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Achievement of KPI’s in relation to maintaining customer service, efficient planning of operational resources and labour
- Manage planning systems to convert sales forecasts into achievable production, material plans, and schedules
- Develop planning activities and processes, identifying opportunities to improve and drive through these improvements
- Manage customer queries and develop status reporting techniques
- Develop close relationships with other key internal functional areas, channel partners and customers
- Generating baseline forecasts

ARCA are looking to speak with experienced Demand Planners with experience in the following:

- A collaborative team player
- Understanding of planning processes in manufacturing environment
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to follow processes and drive results
- A keenness to continuously learn and develop
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
