Our client is a leading international law firm that is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their insurance team in the Caribbean.
The team has deep industry knowledge and experience in the full scope of insurance matters, including alternative risk transfers and insurance-linked securities. The team deals with contentious and on-contentious/reinsurance law advice to cedants, policy holders and reinsurers.
You will provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and portfolio transfers, run-offs and winding-ups, regulatory and compliance, insure-tech and fintech development and alternative risk transfer structures etc.
