Essential qualities:

- A minimum level 3 early years qualification which is full and relevant according to the DfE to be included in adult:child ratios
- Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life
- Practical knowledge and understanding of the needs of two year olds
- Experience in a senior working role
- Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training
- Able to work as part of a team and share a vision where children and families are at the centre of everything
- Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and computer literate
- Enhanced DBS check and a minimum of two references
