**Transport Clerk - PM**

In this role, you’ll be supporting the day to day administration of the transport function. You'll ensure the higheststandard of compliance and service to our customer is maintained.

**As part of your key responsibilities you’ll**:

- Pre-brief drivers, providing them with their vehicle documentation, customer paperwork, vehicle keys and, where necessary, customer site keys.
- Debrief drivers at the end of their run, ensuring their paperwork has been completed in full, recording any feedback.
- Input debrief information onto our Transport Management System.
- Answer the phone, responding appropriately to any enquiries, field calls and take messages to pass on to the Transport team.
- Deal with vehicle breakdown and vehicle defects.
- Run Tachograph and KPI reports amongst other administrative task.

**About You**
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Strong customer focused service skills.
- Basic Transport Office experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Location: Rugby
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:00 and Friday 12:00-20:00

**Salary**: £21,861.36 per annum,
