Our Rugby site are now recruiting for a Returns Administrator on a full time basis.

Salary**:£24,690 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a Returns Administrator is to ensure accurate stock levels on site, to capture all work completed on site through the warehouse management system all to provide both the customer and the Business with all returns activities.

Key Duties of a Returns Clerk:

- Carry out physical stock counts of the returned stock in a structured and accurate manner. Capture all checks made and any discrepancies found.
- Ensure that an effective competence management system is maintained.
- Adjust the stock levels on WMS as a result of your checks.
- Ensure all administrative duties are carried out with efficiency and professionalism to the required business standards and within the agreed timescales.
- Prepare reports on Customer returns.
- Maintain good communication with customers and managers.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are bought to the attention of your direct manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- PC literate with a sound working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System desirable
- A personable and professional style: you will need to liaise with our customers functional representative.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, good working practices, Regulatory inspections/servicing compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- Implement and maintain 3rd party quality agreements to ensure continuous and integrity of the supply of critical equipment and components
- Good time management skills with the ability and desire to solve problems
- Have a flexible approach to work and working hours
- Self-motivated with a keen desire to participate as a pro-active member of the team
