**MERCHANDISER - ELECTRICAL BEAUTY DEVICES**

Stylideas was founded by Tom Pellereau and Lord Sugar after Tom won the BBC’s Apprentice Show in 2011. The company has since developed to become a multi-million pound leading supplier of electrical beauty devices which are sold in over 43 countries in retail outlets.
The Stylpro product range has expanded into a range of skincare devices, mirrors, sustainable products and a number of other categories following the success of the award-winning brush cleaner and dryer which Tom invented and which has sold in millions of units worldwide.
Stylideas seeks to bring solutions to beauty problems at affordable prices using a combination of new technologies and innovative product design to expand its range of exciting new products.
**THE ROLE**
We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills who can take ownership, has good attention to detail and can use spreadsheets.
The key areas of the role include the following:
- Generate rolling 12 month and long terms sales and stock purchasing forecasts using current and historical data.
- Analyse and report current trading performance and identify opportunities.
- Monitor current inventory and future planned inventory levels.
- Manage the inventory held at each warehouse location to meet forecast demand.
- Identify slow moving and excess inventory and work with the sales team to eliminate.
- Close collaboration with other teams within the business to ensure informed planned accuracy.
**WHAT WOULD WE LIKE FROM YOU?**
- Previous experience working for a brand as an Assistant/Junior Merchandiser or similar role would be beneficial.
- Advance user with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience of using software to assist with demand planning, inventory management, databases and reporting would be useful.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse and report data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and good commercial knowledge.
- An inquisitive mind to look for better ways to do things and make improvements to the way we operate.
**WHAT WE DO FOR YOU**
- £35,000 Dependent on experience
- Hybrid working - Office based 2/3 days a week near Hemel Hempstead
- Friday finish - early 3pm finish except Winter season
- Increasing holidays with service - + 1 day/yr service
- 3 days holidays between Christmas and New Year
