Loaf is an independent Artisan bakery looking for a daytime baker with proven commercial experience of bakery production to join our friendly team. With five shops within Surrey and Hampshire, our fresh bread and morning goods are baked in our Farnham bakehouse every night by our team of bakers supplemented by our daytime team of four. This position is primarily for sourdough bread and pastry production with some additional responsibilities for cake making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production of sourdough breads
- Working alongside the team in general production and also laminated pastry items
- Some assistance with cake making
