EXPERIENCED NIGHT BAKER TO WORK WITHIN A SMALL AND FRIENDLY TEAM PRODUCING, BAKING AND FINISHING A RANGE OF BREADS AND MORNING GOODS READY FOR DISPATCH TO OUR FIVE SHOPS

MON-FRI NIGHTS (8PM START) BUT OCCASIONAL 6TH NIGHT ON A SUNDAY TO COVER FOR OTHER BAKERS' LEAVE BY ARRANGEMENT

MUST BE FULLY COMPETENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF DOUGH PRODUCTION, HAND MOULDING, BAKING AND FINISHING.
